For specific items like the EVO 2023 Jersey and Capcom Cup IX Jersey, shipping and handling can take 4 to 6 weeks. Other products generally ship within 1 to 2 weeks.

Yes, we ship internationally. However, some products are exclusive to the US. International orders will also incur an additional charge to cover shipping expenses.

banditsgaming.gg isn't responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

We try our best to validate the shipping address provided. If we can't validate it or change the address within a reasonable timeframe, we cannot cancel neither refund your order. We're not responsible if an incorrect address is provided and the package can't be recovered. banditsgaming.gg will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed.
