Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

 

Once orders are closed you can expect shipping and handling to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for certain items (EVO 2023 Jersey, Capcom Cup IX Jersey, etc.) and standard shipping timelines of 1 to 2 weeks for other products. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 

banditsgaming.gg is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

 

Damages:

 

banditsgaming.gg is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy:

 

International orders will incur an additional charge to cover for shipping expenses.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

 

We try our best to validate the shipping address provided. If we can't validate it or change the address within a reasonable timeframe, we cannot cancel neither refund your order. We're not responsible if an incorrect address is provided and the package can't be recovered.

 

banditsgaming.gg will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

 

 

Missing or Stolen Shipments:

 

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
